Two inventors encounters a little friendly ghost and stumbles onto a plot to capture his uncle who was responsible for his untimely death, but is warned by a spiritual master that humans and ghosts cannot eixst in the same room at the same time. Doing so wolud cause a drainage of all the humans life force.
